Introduction
Manufacturing Facility
  • Umavida is proud of its manufacturing capabilities, We are upcoming with a state of the art manufacturing Facility at Borisna, Gujarat (approx 40 minutes form Ahmedabad) adhering to International Standards.
  • The manufacturing facility is spread across with 110,000 sq feet of land with a garden offering best eco-friendly environment.The overall carpet area of the facility is spread over 28,000 sq feet which is segregated on to various departments.
Quality Assurance
  • We have a dedicated area comprising of Administrative, Quality Control Laboratory, Quality Assurance Department, Formulation & Development Section with spreads across 4000 SqFeet.
  • Umavida believes in imparting culture of compliance and following systematic interventions to consistently meet or exceed quality standards. We believe that the key to strengthening the foundation of a responsible brand lies in consistently achieving high standards of quality in everything we do. Quality is embedded at every stage of our operations, including procurement, manufacturing, delivery and safe product disposal.

  • We have state of the art manufacturing Capacity in a Complete Unique layout with critical manufacturing areas and packaging areas completely segregated.
  • We have installed capacity for Tablets of 3.5 Million Tablets a day, 200 Thousand Bottles of Oral Syrups and 2 Million Capsules a Day.
Formulation And Development Cell
  • We can easily assist our clients in preparations when customized formulation can be developed within our F&D facility from lab scale to pilot batches.
  • We have all the Machineries installed for the Pilot and Formulation Development and our highly qualified Chemists and staff work round the clock for development of your products in General dosage and Novel Drug Delivery Systems.
